“Life is what happens while you are making other plans.”

On my way in to work one morning, I was anticipating much of the day being filled with visits. Someone in the hospital. Someone feeling blue, and another in dementia care. Reality soon became that one had gone home, and the other two were sick. A friend had a sign over her washer and dryer that read, “Life is what happens while you are making other plans.” So true! The challenge is to take a deep breath, realize “it is what it is” and switch gears. May whomever you meet today, be blessed by the interaction!
